An exciting culinary experience is unfolding at Diamonds Athuruga and Diamonds Thudufushi from December 2023 to May 2024 with an exclusive collaboration with Jeunes Restaurateurs (JRE), Martino Crespi events and Diamonds Resorts.
Jeunes Restaurateurs, known for embodying the essence of sharing and promoting a deep-seated love for European gastronomy and culinary craftsmanship, will take centre stage during weekly Gala dinners. Some of the visiting JRE chefs boast Michelin Stars, adding a touch of culinary prestige to the events.
During their stay, JRE chefs will showcase their creativity by presenting signature dishes and conducting interactive cooking classes. The menus will be adapted based on locally sourced ingredients, allowing the chefs to display their culinary prowess in crafting unique and delightful dishes.
