The dining journey then explores the versatility of sustainably sourced Sri Lankan mud crab, prepared in styles that celebrate global culinary traditions. Highlights include the rich À la Provençale Crab from France, Butter Garlic Crab inspired by Hong Kong, Singapore’s beloved Chilli Crab, and the aromatic Jaffna Spiced Crab, drawing from Sri Lanka’s Tamil culinary heritage. Complementing these dishes, the Sri Lankan Scampi showcases the island nation’s seafood culture with locally sourced crustaceans prepared using traditional recipes. Guests can conclude their evening under the Maldivian night sky with coffee and liqueurs served on the beach.
