Speaking at the event, Lamborghini praised the collaboration with Electrify Maldives Pvt Ltd, the exclusive distributor of Tonino Lamborghini golf carts in the country. He emphasized that the partnership aims to bring high-performance electric vehicles specifically designed to enhance resort operations and elevate guest experiences in the Maldives’ world-renowned hospitality industry.
Tonino Lamborghini’s new electric golf carts are engineered through a blend of classic Italian aesthetics and advanced Indian engineering. The lineup includes two distinct design ranges: the Genesis range, defined by its timeless elegance, and the Prestige range, which introduces a bold and futuristic look. Both styles are available in 2, 4, 6, and 8-seater models, ideal for resorts, private islands, and commercial use.
Each cart is equipped with features that prioritize comfort, safety, and long-term efficiency. Notable specifications include MacPherson suspension systems for a smooth ride, four-wheel hydraulic brakes for maximum safety, and electric motors that deliver 45 Nm of torque with 30% gradeability. The vehicles are powered by advanced lithium-ion batteries, offering a remarkable 150 km range on a single charge, a 10-year lifespan, and the convenience of wireless charging. Every unit comes with a five-year warranty.
Inside, the carts offer a luxurious experience with spacious seating, left- or right-hand drive options, and a smart TFT dashboard. Additional features such as wireless mobile charging, LED lighting, golf bag holders, foldable windshields, expanded cargo capacity, and integrated onboard charging contribute to both functionality and sophistication making them an excellent fit for the Maldives’ high-end resorts.
