The Maldives Financial Expo 2026 is set to offer visitors an engaging blend of business, culture and public entertainment, with three consecutive evenings of outdoor stage performances scheduled at Hulhumalé Central Park from 2 July to 4 July 2026. According to promotional information released for the event, the outdoor programme will run alongside the main expo, creating a vibrant public atmosphere that extends the visitor experience beyond the exhibition space and into one of Hulhumalé’s most prominent open-air venues.

The evening programme is expected to add further appeal to the expo by combining live music, cultural showcases and traditional boduberu performances in a setting designed to welcome families, residents, visitors and international guests. With Hulhumalé Central Park serving as the venue, the performances are likely to draw strong public interest, while also reflecting the Maldives’ ability to host large-scale events that combine commerce, community engagement and cultural expression in an accessible and inclusive environment.

On Thursday, 2 July, the outdoor stage programme will begin with a performance by the Time Academy of Performing Arts from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The evening schedule will continue with Shalabee Ibrahim performing from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM, followed by a Heyvalla Boduberu performance from 9:00 PM until 11:00 PM. The opening night is expected to set a lively tone for the wider event, offering audiences a mix of contemporary entertainment and locally rooted performance traditions.

The second evening, on Friday, 3 July, will once again open with the Time Academy of Performing Arts from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Falih Duo is then scheduled to perform from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM, before SaadhaThireesAsheh Boduberu takes the stage from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM. A fireworks display is also scheduled for 10:00 PM, adding a celebratory highlight to the evening and further enhancing the visitor experience at the expo grounds.

The final night of the outdoor programme, on Saturday, 4 July, will feature another afternoon performance by the Time Academy of Performing Arts from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The evening’s main performance will be delivered by The Clio from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Fireworks are also scheduled for 10:00 PM on the closing night, providing a fitting finale to the three-day public entertainment programme and reinforcing the festive atmosphere surrounding the expo’s conclusion.

The inclusion of a well-curated outdoor stage programme reflects the broader ambition of the Maldives Financial Expo 2026 to create a dynamic and welcoming platform that appeals to diverse audiences. By pairing the main financial exhibition with evening performances at Hulhumalé Central Park, the event presents a broader showcase of Maldivian hospitality, creativity and community spirit. For international readers and visitors, the programme offers an added glimpse into the cultural energy of the Maldives, while for local audiences it provides an opportunity to participate in a nationally significant event in a relaxed and celebratory public setting.

As the Maldives continues to position itself as a destination capable of hosting impactful business and public events, the Maldives Financial Expo 2026 stands out as an example of how professional gatherings can be enriched through cultural programming and public engagement. The three nights of performances and fireworks are expected to contribute positively to the overall appeal of the expo, strengthening its profile as both an industry event and a memorable public occasion in Hulhumalé.
