Framed by clear turquoise waters and the tranquil setting of Dream Island, the event introduced guests to an immersive coral restoration experience designed to deepen appreciation for the ocean and its fragile ecosystems. Through the Adopt A Coral Frame programme, guests are invited to play an active role in nurturing new coral growth by attaching coral fragments onto specially selected frames, which are then carefully placed in the lagoon to contribute to the development of a thriving new reef.
The initiative begins with the careful collection of healthy coral fragments under the guidance of the resort’s marine biologist. These fragments are then secured onto coral frames and positioned in selected areas within the resort’s coral garden, where environmental conditions are favourable for natural growth and the support of marine biodiversity.
