Ooredoo Maldives has announced a new nationwide consumer promotion that will reward customers across the country with the chance to win one of six All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) through a series of lucky draws scheduled throughout 2026. The promotion, which commenced on 20 December 2025, will continue until 31 December 2026, reflecting the company’s focus on long-term engagement with its growing base of mobile and broadband users.
Over the course of the campaign, six lucky draws will be held at two-month intervals, with one ATV awarded at each draw. The final draw, described as the grand prize draw, is planned for the end of December 2026. Ooredoo Maldives stated that the promotion is open to customers across the country’s many islands and is designed to turn everyday usage of Ooredoo services into an exciting, rewarding experience. The company highlighted that the choice of an ATV as the core prize aligns with the lifestyle and practical needs of island communities, where such vehicles support both leisure and daily logistics in resort environments, local islands and tourism-related operations.
Commenting on the initiative, Khalid Al-Hamadi, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Ooredoo Maldives, said the promotion aims to transform daily connectivity into a more engaging experience for customers. He noted that the ATV was selected as a prize suited to island living, combining practicality and versatility. For many Maldivian islands, including those hosting resorts and guesthouses, ATVs are commonly used for staff movement, light cargo handling and operational support, making the prize especially relevant for customers whose lives and businesses are closely linked with the tourism and service sectors.
To qualify for each draw, customers must subscribe to one or more eligible Ooredoo services, including mobile services, SuperNet, Faseyha or 5G AirFibre. In addition, customers are required to spend a minimum of MVR 400 on Ooredoo services during the 60 days leading up to each draw and ensure that all subscribed services remain active and up to date at the time of the draw. This structure encourages consistent usage across Ooredoo’s product portfolio while keeping participation simple and accessible for customers from different atolls and income levels.
The promotion is open to both existing and new customers, reflecting Ooredoo Maldives’ intention to recognise long-standing subscribers while also welcoming new users into its network. Winners will be selected through a lucky draw mechanism, with each customer allowed to win only once during the first five draws. However, all customers who meet the eligibility criteria during the promotion period will remain in contention for the final grand prize draw at the end of 2026, providing an additional incentive to stay engaged over the full duration of the campaign.
Ooredoo Maldives noted that the ATV giveaway illustrates the company’s broader commitment to rewarding customer loyalty and supporting lifestyles shaped by the unique geography of the Maldives.
