At a major tourism networking event held on 22–23 October 2025 in Poznań, Poland, the Maldives took centre stage as Visit Maldives engaged with over 100 Polish travel agents and key industry professionals during the ALLinTOO workshop, hosted at the Novotel Poznań Centrum. This two-day B2B event served as a powerful platform to deepen connections with the Polish travel trade and highlight the Maldives as a top-tier destination renowned for luxury, cultural authenticity, and one-of-a-kind travel experiences.
The Maldives’ participation marked a well-timed effort to reinforce its strong presence in the Central and Eastern European travel market. Poland has emerged as a valuable source market in the region, consistently showing interest in Maldivian tourism offerings. By attending ALLinTOO, Visit Maldives sought to strengthen brand presence and nurture new partnerships with tour operators and buyers, thereby promoting sustained visitor growth from this part of Europe.
The event agenda was strategically designed to maximise networking opportunities and brand exposure. The first day included an opening ceremony, two structured rounds of B2B meetings, group lunch and dinner sessions, and an engaging entertainment segment with a lucky draw and a networking party. On the second day, delegates participated in a post-event exploration trip around Poznań, fostering stronger business relationships in a more informal setting.
Visit Maldives was supported at the event by five prominent Maldivian tourism entities, Crossroads Maldives, Sun Ocean Pvt Ltd, Lets Go Maldives Pvt Ltd, Riu Atoll & Riu Palace Maldives, and Splendid Asia Pvt Ltd, who each contributed to showcasing the diversity and sophistication of travel offerings available across the Maldives. From premium resorts and bespoke wellness experiences to immersive cultural journeys, the delegation highlighted how the Maldives delivers far more than sun, sea, and sand.
Ibrahim Shiuree, Managing Director and CEO of Visit Maldives Corporation, underscored the importance of the Polish market in the broader tourism strategy. “Meeting with Polish travel agents allowed us to highlight the Maldives’ unique combination of luxury, sustainability, and culture. Our goal is to build meaningful trade relationships that convert into long-term travel growth. The enthusiasm from our partners at the event clearly shows that the Maldives remains a highly desirable destination,” he stated.
This participation was part of a broader campaign under Visit Maldives’ Central and Eastern Europe marketing roadmap, which includes ongoing initiatives such as the I AM MALDIVES – CEE Roadshow 2025. These initiatives aim to position the Maldives not only as a scenic getaway but as a destination offering depth, character, and memorable experiences across various market segments.
Through targeted engagement at ALLinTOO, Visit Maldives reinforced its reputation among Polish travel professionals as a destination of choice for discerning travellers seeking exclusive and enriching journeys. The outcome of the event is expected to translate into increased arrivals and stronger partnerships across Poland and the surrounding region, enhancing the Maldives’ profile as a destination that blends beauty with authenticity and luxury with meaning.
