Three luxurious Maldivian resorts under the prestigious Marriott Bonvoy portfolio have been voted among the Top 20 Best Resorts in the Indian Ocean in the latest Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards. In the 28th annual Readers’ Choice Awards by Condé Nast Traveller UK, over 500,000 readers participated in the survey. Le Méridien Maldives Resort & Spa secured the No. 6 position, The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort ranked No. 7, and The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands claimed the No. 11 spot in the category for Top Resorts in the Indian Ocean. Meanwhile, the Condé Nast Traveler US edition, now in its 38th year, recorded more than 757,000 votes from readers across the globe. In this list, The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort stood out once again, earning the No. 5 position.
