Minister of Islamic Affairs and Endowments Dr. Mohamed Shaheem Ali Saeed is travelling to Malaysia on an official visit to participate in the 3rd International Summit of Religious Leaders 2026, which will be held on Friday, 12 June 2026, at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre in Kuala Lumpur. The summit will convene under the theme, “Religious Leaders and Youth: Advancing Coexistence and Social Harmony,” highlighting the growing importance of cooperation between faith leaders and younger generations in promoting peace, mutual understanding, and social stability across diverse societies.
The summit is being held under the distinguished patronage of the Honourable Dato’ Seri Anwar bin Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia; His Excellency Dr. Mohammad bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the Muslim World League and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars; and Senator His Excellency Dr. Zulkifli bin Hasan, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department for Religious Affairs.
