First National Real Estate and Hospitality Fund Plc has announced the distribution of its quarterly returns for the first quarter of 2026, reinforcing its position as a steady income-generating investment vehicle within the Maldives’ real estate and hospitality sector. According to the fund, bondholders received a total payout of MVR 478,284 for the quarter, while equity holders received MVR 37.06 per Class B Ordinary Share, representing a total distribution of MVR 366,939.
